Southeast Commercial Fence is hiring motivated individuals to start their careers in commercial fencing. Prior experience in construction or fence installation is preferred, but not required.Required :
A solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. In this position, you'll support skilled crew members in constructing and repairing fencing systems on commercial and residential job sites. We provide all training necessary to grow your skills, with a clear path to advance into leadership and supervisory roles if applicable.Main Duties:
Hands-On Training & Development Receive comprehensive training from experienced team leaders. Build your knowledge of fence installation processes and safe construction practices. Learn to operate essential tools and equipment safely and effectively. Gain familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols. Installation Assistance Support layout and site preparation for fence installation. Transport and organize installation materials such as posts and panels. Help dig post holes with manual and power tools. Mix and pour concrete for secure post placement.-Assemble fence components under guidance from lead installers. Safety & Site Organization Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and your team. Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Help keep tools organized and the work area clean. Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with senior installers and project foremen. Listen, ask questions, and apply feedback to improve your skills. Contribute to identifying and resolving installation issues.Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
Experience preferred but not required — training provided Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform manual labor Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools such as tape measures, drills, and hammers Willing to learn, follow directions, and contribute as part of a team Open to travel for work assignments as needed Preferred (Not Mandatory) High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Background in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.Pay & Perks:
