What You'll Get Competitive pay: $30.87 - $38.43/per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and certifications) Excellent benefits: health, dental, life & disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid vacation, tuition and wellness reimbursement, and more Career growth: Multiple paths to advance into higher-level maintenance roles for those motivated to learn and take ownership What You'll Do Execute assigned mechanical maintenance work using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Prepare jobs by confirming parts, materials, tools, and technical requirements Perform maintenance to precision standards and document completed work Identify follow-up needs and enter future work orders from inspections and completed tasks Support contractor work by reviewing job plans and ensuring safe, high-quality execution Assist maintenance planning through standard job development and root cause failure analysis What You Bring 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on experience with heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and cylinders Strong skills in lubrication, alignment, torqueing, rigging/lifting, welding, and mechanical assembly Ability to read mechanical drawings, manuals, and diagrams Experience with precision maintenance (dial indicator alignment preferred) Machining and metal fabrication experience is a plus Technical diploma or certification preferred Paper industry experience is an asset, but not required Why Join?
