Job Description

We are an approved vendor for national institutional real estate investors. We specialize in high-speed, high-quality "24-Hour Rent-Ready" property turnovers and specialized technical repairs. We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy technician to help us scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities Property Turnovers:
Execute deep move-out cleaning, interior painting, and drywall repairs to get homes market-ready in 24 hours.
Punch-List Repairs:
Troubleshoot and fix basic plumbing (leaky faucets, toilets), electrical fixtures, and general hardware issues.
Technical Installs:
Assist in high-spec projects, including the installation of 3-hour fire-rated commercial doors and frames.
Documentation:
Use smartphone apps to capture professional "Before and After" photos and complete detailed walkthrough reports for project managers.
Material Management:
Use company-approved apps for material procurement and discount tracking at local suppliers.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
