Position Summary:
Repair, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on HMCs, VMCs and turning centers along with small-size industrial equipment.
Position Responsibilities:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Understanding of machine design and operational principles Experience using electrical test equipment and working with electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides Familiarity with operating and setting up CNC equipment Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ​
Position Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of technical school education
Experience:
3+ years of experience in
CNC Machining or Industrial Equipment Repair Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Activity Constantly
  • 6+ hours : Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel, Reach above shoulder Frequently
  • 3 to 6 hrs. : Drive/Operate PIV Occasionally
  • 1 to 3 hrs. : Lift to 50 lbs. Intermittent
