Marietta GA Job Overview We are hiring Window Washing Technicians for direct-hire positions. This role is primarily focused on residential window cleaning , with occasional work at heights of up to a third-story or fourth story level . This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and earning commission on top of hourly pay. What You' ll Do Clean residential and occasional commercial windows Use ladders, lifts, and window cleaning equipment safely Provide professional, friendly service to customers travel to multiple job sites Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures gutter cleaning pressure washing Requirements Must pass background check and drug screening Comfortable working at heights (up to second story) Ability to safely use ladders and related equipment Physically able to perform repetitive and active work Reliable transportation and strong attendance Customer-service mindset Highly Preferred (Not Required) Previous window washing or exterior cleaning experience Experience in residential services or customer-facing roles
