In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various mechanical and electrical systems. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks on a variety of equipment including refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical devices Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to identify faults and plan repair procedures effectively Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference Assist in construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring safety standards are met Lead or support team members during maintenance tasks, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in commercial or industrial settings Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and equipment repair Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment Experience working with construction projects or facility upgrades is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide or collaborate with team members during maintenance operations Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions Join us as a Maintenance Technician if you're passionate about keeping facilities running smoothly through your technical expertise!
