  • Full-time Based in Norcross, GA, Image Manufacturing Group, LLC ("IMG") is one of the largest architectural and commercial signage companies in the Southeastern United States.
Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, restaurant, higher education, multi-family housing and technology sectors. Since our founding, we have focused on creating a company that our people love to work for and our clients love to work with. Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Electric Sign Technician . This is a permanent, full-time, first-shift position with attractive pay and benefits offered for qualifying personnel as high as $26.00 per hour for experienced electrical technicians. We currently work a 4x10 hour schedule Monday to Thursday. Fridays are either off or overtime, resulting in a minimum two-day weekend even in the case of overtime (or three days without overtime).
Duties:
UL Representative for UL48 Sign Standard labeling of all qualifying products with UL Labels, maintaining documentation required by MET Labs that include Log Entries of each label, Inspection Documentation, wiring schematics, and installation instructions Sourcing special project materials Interface and work with vendors on all outsourced items, including providing necessary drawings, DXF files, artwork, and reviewing quotes as needed Work closely with production to ensure all electrical aspects of project are following UL 48 requirements. Includes providing wiring details, placement of electrical components, and any special lighting requirements
