Apartment Maintenance Technician Confidential Job Overview Apartment Community In Perry, GA. is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to oversee and perform maintenance operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and building operations. Responsibilities HVAC Certification, knowledge of HVAC systems, and experience with maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting is a MUST. Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, basic plumbing, appliance repairs, electrical, and grounds keeping. 3+ years experience with apartment maintenance. Must respond to emergency situations during and after hours (on-call) Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed. Ability to complete turns and punches for new occupancy. Ability to respond to work orders and resident requests in a professional and timely manner. Report to Property Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention and those currently in progress. Maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris and other duties as assigned. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Candidates will be required to pass a drug and background screening. Salary will be based on experience plus performance bonuses are available.
