Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Service/Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring pristine, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools for our valued clients. In this energetic role, you will perform routine cleaning, inspections, and repairs to keep pools in top condition. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs or replacements to maintain efficient operation. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client's pool. Troubleshoot mechanical problems using technical knowledge to diagnose issues quickly and effectively. Assist with chemical balancing and water testing to uphold safety standards and water clarity. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or maintenance preferred. Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is highly desirable. Familiarity with pool cleaning procedures and chemical handling practices. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred; willingness to learn about pool systems and safety standards. $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
