Flexible Schedule Under general supervision, perform a variety of maintenance duties and support activities to assure the restaurants are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. Must be skilled in small appliance repair Must be able to do basic maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration. Basic skills in plumbing and electrical General construction knowledge Communicate effectively with technical support and supervisors Duties are but not limited to: Maintain all stores in our restaurant group Perform interior and exterior finish work as needed Small plumbing repairs HVAC and refrigeration maintenance Small appliance repairs (coffee machines, toasters, etc.) Coordinate all repairs with repairmen if needed and in cases of warranty work We need open availability in case of an emergency early in the morning or late at night.
