Job Description

Mid sized Apartment Community seeking a Full Time Maintenance Lead/Technician to join our team in Ringgold, GA area. If you are a positive person who likes to make a difference, this is just the opportunity for you! Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our residents. Must have experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance. Experience with heat pump HVAC units is necessary.
Other responsibilities would include:
maintaining property grounds, minor painting, preventative maintenance and being on call for after hour emergencies. Responsibilities:
Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready/Turning apartments after move out Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas Painting/staining handrails or common areas both interior or exterior when needed Preventative Maintenance Maintain a clean and well organized shop and other work areas Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on call with other team members
