Pool maintenance technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and optimal operation of swimming pools. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to keep pools in excellent condition. Your expertise will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for pool users while maintaining the integrity of pool equipment and systems. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and removing debris to maintain water clarity and hygiene. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to ensure proper functioning. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks Monitor water chemistry levels regularly, adjusting chemicals as needed to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and chemical treatments for each pool. Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally or as required, ensuring all systems are prepared for use or winterization. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Excellent attention to detail with organizational skills for recordkeeping. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
