Job Description

Position Overview The Pool Service Coordinator is the face of our company — a skilled, customer-focused professional who delivers exceptional pool care experiences in the field while serving as a trusted brand ambassador. This role blends hands-on technical service, customer relationship management, and proactive sales to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, mechanically inclined, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Brand Representation Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, consistently representing the company's values, standards, and image through professional conduct, appearance, and communication. Foster positive relationships with clients through effective problem-solving and attentive customer care. Customer Service Respond to inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and care, providing accurate answers to general questions and resolving service concerns efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary, ensuring timely follow-through and client satisfaction. Scheduling & Route Management Manage and coordinate the scheduling of pool cleaning technicians to ensure efficient routing, full coverage, and on-time service delivery. Monitor daily schedules, adjust for cancellations or add-ons, and communicate changes promptly to both field staff and clients. Field Equipment Maintenance Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on installed pool equipment, including pumps, filters, automation systems, chlorinators and other sanitization systems. Identify equipment issues during service visits and clearly communicate repair recommendations to clients and management. In-Field Suggestive Selling Proactively identify opportunities to recommend products, services, and upgrades that address client needs and enhance their pool experience. Present options naturally and knowledgeably, contributing to revenue growth while delivering genuine value to the customer. Inventory & Equipment Oversight Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of all cleaning and service stock, tools, and equipment, as well as care, stocking, and maintenance of all service vehicles. Conduct routine inventory checks, flag low-stock items, and coordinate restocking as needed. Ensure all company vehicles and supplies are maintained in clean, professional, and good working condition. Concierge Program Management Champion and manage the company's Concierge Program — a subscription-based routine pool care offering — by educating clients on its benefits and enrolling new members. Serve as the primary point of contact for Concierge Program clients, ensuring scheduled services are delivered consistently and to the highest standard. Track program enrollment, retention, and client satisfaction, reporting trends and feedback to management.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in customer service, field service, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with basic technology such as smart phones (common apps) and computers Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
Preferred:

$37,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
