Maintenance Tech

Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled Maintenance Tech to handle all necessary repairs at a beautiful 800+ unit residential property located in Stone Mountain, GA. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times Work with Punch Technicians to prepare the vacant units for occupancy Assist the groundskeepers in maintaining the grounds in pristine condition Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property Job requirements:

HVAC/ EPA

certification required A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required Must have own tools Must have reliable transportation Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered!
