Maintenance Technician - Night Shift A growing manufacturer in Suwanee, GA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production running at its best. This hands-on role puts you at the heart of the operation — solving problems fast, keeping critical equipment reliable, and supporting a team that takes pride in doing great work every shift. Maintenance Technician:
5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3 days on. Pay Rate of the
Maintenance Technician:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Responsibilities of the
Maintenance Technician:
Maintain machines to keep production operations running efficiently, consistently, and reliably. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that cause machine downtime. Service, monitor, and maintain PLC and NC driven equipment, supporting devices, and factory equipment. Record all maintenance activity in an electronic database and complete applicable forms. Use gauges and measuring instruments to verify and meet tolerance requirements. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, articulating lifts, and forklifts. Use precision tools and machinery, including lathes, vertical milling machines, and drill presses. Assist with facility needs such as HVAC systems, plumbing, compressors, sliding doors, man lifts, pallet jacks, and battery-powered devices. Follow all quality, safety, and environmental policies and instructions. Qualifications of the
Maintenance Technician:
Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience maintaining and servicing industrial equipment, including PLC and NC driven machines. Comfort using gauges, precision tools, and machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses. Ability to safely operate powered equipment, including scissor lifts, articulating lifts, and forklifts. Familiarity with facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and compressors.
