Now Hiring - Maintenance Technician Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Thomaston, GA. At this time, we are only accepting applications from candidates that have an extensive maintenance background and work history. The main role of a maintenance technician is to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. A maintenance technician performs maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment and machinery. The maintenance technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. They must work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition.
Location:
Thomaston, GA Salary:
$18 - $21 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

K Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and all other jobs required to keep the equipment functioning properly. Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment. Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
