As a Garage Door Service Technician, you will be an integral part of the team. Your duties will include the repair of residential garage doors and openers as well as the sales and installation of garage doors and openers. You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
We schedule appointments, offer great training, a company truck, and all the support needed to excel. Customer appointments are booked by our call center for customers that have a current need to repair their garage door(s) and/or replace their opener(s). You're dispatched to solve the customer's problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training, and warranties. You will repair the customer's garage door right there and create a customer for life.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience repairing garage doors or in a related field is required An exceptional work ethic and ability to find a way to get it done A strong attendance record Ability to deliver superior customer service to make sure the customer is smiling at the end of every repair A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous learning A clean driving record Openness to weekly guaranteed pay and commissions Ability to pass drug screening and a background check Ability to lift 75 lbs. High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
