Handyman

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture installation Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, and structures Install appliances, cabinets, shelves, doors, and other hardware Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Communicate clearly with clients, tenants, or property managers regarding repairs and project timelines Follow all safety procedures and local building codes Keep records of completed work and materials used Requirements Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent time management and communication skills High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Qualifications Trade certifications or specialized experience Experience with residential and commercial properties Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits (Optional) Work Environment This position requires working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
