Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Manage other maintenance requests as required Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made

Qualifications:

Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Over 2 years of maintenance experience Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures About Company Our property's vision is to have a positive impact.
