Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Legion Park Apartments - Warrenton, GA Legion Park Apartments is seeking a dependable, skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! We're looking for someone with hands-on experience who can take initiative and deliver excellent service to our residents.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property through routine service requests, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally, with attention to quality and resident satisfaction. Perform general repairs in areas such as: Basic electrical Basic plumbing Appliance maintenance Assist with daily community upkeep including: Janitorial tasks Groundskeeping and trash pickup Light landscaping Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow all safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a similar setting. Basic HVAC knowledge preferred (EPA certification a plus, but not required). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
