WHO ARE YOU?

• A high energy individual with the tendency to fall into leadership roles
• Experienced and skilled in residential and commercial pool cleaning and repair services
• You might even have experience in underground leak detection
• You are tired of not being valued for your skills and experience in your current role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing cleaning and repair services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or water features in the residential and commercial environment
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year experience in residential and commercial pool cleaning and/or repair services
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Experience in underground leak detection is a plus
• Warm and welcoming personality with an obsession for exceptional customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
• Able to do physical labor including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling light tools
• A valid driver's license along with a stellar driving record
• Hands on knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry is a bonus!

Puddle Pools of North Georgia is a professional pool service company specializing in residential and commercial pool services. We are looking for energetic, motivated pool cleaning and/or service technicians with excellent people skills and have a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences. Compensation and Expected Hours $20- $25/hour plus incentives for performance and new customer growth Expected hours- ~ 40 hours / week Monday-Friday (normal schedule 8AM-5PM) NO nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule . Some work on Saturdays may be required as emergencies arise- additional bonus paid in these circumstances.
