Location:
Kahului General Duties:
Perform maintenance duties for company properties Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance Painting Key replacement Repair/replace flooring General plumbing Test and replace smoke alarms Change A/C filters, check coils, clean Check light fixtures
  • repair/replace plugs and switches
Qualifications:
Previous property maintenance experience Able to communicate written and verbal in English Reliable transportation Must have valid Driver's License
