Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Schofield Barracks base in Wahiawa. This position involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in vacant homes with quality and care. Ideal candidates should be comfortable diagnosing and fixing maintenance issues, following work orders, working independently, and providing high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
General maintenance and repair work Basic plumbing repairs (toilets, leaks, faucets, etc.) Basic electrical work (light fixtures, switches, outlets) Drywall repairs and patching Door, lock, screen, and other hardware repairs or replacements Appliance replacement and minor repairs Provide your own tools and equipment
Qualifications:
Previous residential maintenance experience Ability to troubleshoot and solve common maintenance issues Mechanically inclined and proficient with hand and power tools Reliable transportation
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
