Job Description
LPA is seeking candidates for full-time employment as a Maintenance and Roads Technician. Experience in the operation and maintenance of equipment is preferred but not required. The position is hourly, is eligible for overtime and includes a competitive benefits package. Salary is dependent upon qualifications. Normal working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The selected candidate will be required to participate in an on-call rotation, and will work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays for unscheduled emergencies or weather-related events. Requirements include a valid driver's license and the ability to report to LPA within one hour for emergencies. A valid CDL is not required but the selected candidate must be capable of obtaining a CDL at LPA's expense. The selected candidate must have the ability to perform physical labor and walk over uneven terrain under all weather conditions.
