Job Schedule Full-time:
Days, 40 hours per week, Monday -
Friday Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Includes the following: Every 3rd week on-call Job Description Primary duties for this position include: Assists with coordinating and resolving various daily facility maintenance issues, including internal and external construction projects. Responds to repair requisitions in a timely and appropriate manner. Maintains neat and well-kept exterior grounds as needed. Empties trash receptacles as needed. Performs routine daily maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, temperature control, moving desks and equipment, etc. Follows all OSHA Safety Standards and guidelines that are crucial to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Regular and reliable attendance. Ongoing compliance with MCHC educational and training requirements. Adheres to the MCHC mission, vision, values, and Standards of Behavior. Maintains patient and hospital confidentiality. Promotes and maintains positive relationships with patients, visitors, coworkers, and providers. Actively participates in department huddles, in-services, meetings, and educational opportunities. Follows all departmental policies and procedures and adheres to departmental budget.
