Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine inspections across various mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment to ensure continuous operation. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment to identify potential problems early. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues efficiently using appropriate tools and techniques. Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Assist in construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration principles. Experience with equipment repair in construction or facility maintenance environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide team members or oversee small projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
