Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an
Maintenance Technician:
Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs. Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. Performs minor building and equipment repairs and maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists during winter with snow removal efforts. May assist in general housekeeping, as needed. Measures Areas to be painted; determines Quantity and type of paint to use. Prepares surfaces to be painted, including but not limited to removing covers, furniture, etc. May Apply Wallpaper. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Minimum of one (1) year experience in basic maintenance. Hospitality Promises We greet you warmly, by name and with a smile.
