Contractor Pay:

$20-25 an hour Expected hours: Up to 20 per week

Responsibilities:

Maintain residential property appearance and perform property inspections Perform maintenance duties such as but not limited to: Cleaning, small plumbing repairs, flooring repairs, wall and paint repairs, HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting in special projects as needed Track and complete maintenance requests within 48 hours Lawncare/Snow Removal Track time effectively Perform apartment make readies and turns

Qualifications:

Experience working in residential property maintenance Knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies Capable of learning new skills quickly Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems Heavy lifting ability to lift/push/pull multiple times while on shift Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks Willingness to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenance Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and staff Must supply general maintenance tools (additional equipment provided by company) Must reliably transport equipment (lawnmower, snow blower, etc.) to worksite.

Experience:

3 years (Preferred)

Education:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required Shift availability: Day Shift Evening Shift Weekends as needed
