Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
  • Lead a team of two handymen.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drywall installation, deck installation, demolition work, door and window installation, framing, tiling, painting, finish carpentry work, and light electrical and plumbing work.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role.
  • Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
