Manufacturing Leadership Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Maintenance Team Leader (2nd or 3rd Shift) Davenport, IA $42-$45/hour | 2+ Year Contract | 100% Onsite You'll supervise union skilled trades, support preventive maintenance initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise union skilled trades including electricians, pipefitters and mechanics. Promote a strong maintenance safety culture throughout the facility. Support preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives. Perform weekly preventive maintenance audits. Partner with the Senior Maintenance Team Leader to improve maintenance effectiveness and control costs. Coordinate maintenance activities with production to maximize equipment uptime. Utilize SAP to support maintenance planning, tracking and reporting. Provide leadership, coaching and support to maintenance personnel. Qualifications Previous leadership, supervisor or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment. Maintenance experience supporting industrial equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance programs. SAP experience. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Experience working in a union manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Engineering background or degree is a plus. Must be willing to work either 2nd or 3rd shift , including overtime as needed.
