Maximize Uptime:
Perform proactive preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
Mechanical Repair:
Install and overhaul motors, gearboxes, screw conveyors, and pumps.
Welding & Fabrication:
Use stick/arc welding, plasma cutters, and torches for piping and custom fixes.
Independent Troubleshooting:
Run daily diagnostics and replace parts with minimal direction.
Maintain Safety:
Keep a clean workspace and champion company safety rules.
What You Bring Experience:
1+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years of stick/arc welding, and 1+ years using a plasma cutter/torch.
Equipment:
1+ years of experience safely operating aerial lifts.
Flexibility:
Ability to work a rotating weekend shift to support continuous operations.
Preferred:
Experience with high-pressure boilers or rendering/slaughter plant environments. Physical Demands Must be comfortable walking, climbing, crawling, and frequently pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 100 lbs.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesWhat You ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a critical part of our maintenance team, you will ensure our plant operations run safely, smoothly, and without interruption.
Your daily impact will include:
Maximize Plant Uptime:
Take ownership of the plant's efficiency by performing proactive preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment.
Precision Mechanical Repair:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and overhaul critical machinery-including installing and replacing motors, gearboxes, screw conveyors, and pumps.
Welding & Fabrication:
Put your hands-on skills to work by threading and welding piping, and utilizing stick/arc welding, plasma cutters, and oxygen-acetylene torches for custom fixes.
Autonomous Problem Solving:
Move past simple part-changing. You will be trusted to run independent diagnostics and replace equipment parts with little to no direct supervision. Keep a
Top-Tier Workspace:
Maintain a clean, highly organized, and orderly work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment for the entire team.
Champion Safety:
Actively protect yourself and your teammates by utilizing proper PPE, observing all company safety regulations, and participating in (or serving on) our site Safety Committee.
