Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Operator to support the daily operation, maintenance, construction, and continuous improvement of our biochar production facility in Des Moines, Iowa. This position is responsible for operating pyrolysis reactors and related equipment, performing basic mechanical and preventive maintenance tasks, supporting site construction and installation activities, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping implement structured maintenance and operational methodologies such as TPM — Total Productive Maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-oriented, organized, and willing to work in an industrial environment where operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and continuous improvement are all part of the daily routine.
