Job Description
Overview Pioneer Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to operate at two affordable housing communities in De Witt, IA and Maquoketa, IA . Apply today! Job Summary The maintenance technician will be responsible for completing general maintenance of the property and individual units.

This role reports to the Property Manager.Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.Functions/Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Make ready apartments for leasing
- Snow removal and landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control and litter pick up
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- On-call duties as needed
Competencies:
- Ability to travel between sites and assist at other properties when needed
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
