The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines and industrial production equipment. This position helps minimize downtime, ensure safe and reliable operations, and support on-time production across manufacturing and facility systems. This role offers exposure to advanced manufacturing technology and a clear path for technical growth. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with complex electrical and mechanical systems. Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across a range of CNC equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment issues including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and logic issues, with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Efficiently complete maintenance work orders with minimal production downtime by coordinating with senior technicians and leadership.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues using prints, manuals, and schematics.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and accurately document work within the CMMS.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and leveling of CNC equipment and production fixtures.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and supporting mechanical/electrical systems.
• Maintain repair parts inventory, log parts used, request necessary replacements, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Participate actively in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform new equipment and fixture builds to support ongoing manufacturing needs.

• Required:

  High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred:

  Trade Certification (e.g., Journeyman, Industrial Electrician, or Mechanic)
• The employee must occasionally lift up to 35 pounds and frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds (such as moving parts and tooling in and out of the work area). Experience
• Proven experience with CNC servicing, diagnostics, and repairs (Mazak experience is highly preferred)
• Required proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
