Job Description

Window-Door Installer Beisser Lumber Company
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Mechanical aptitude: Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of window systems:
Understanding how different types of windows (casement, double-hung, sliders, picture, etc.) are built, installed, and adjusted.
Diagnostic ability:
Can identify issues such as air/water leaks, seal failures, misalignment, or hardware malfunctions.
Glazing and sash replacement:
Experience removing and reinstalling glass panes or sashes properly.
Door system experience:
Familiarity with adjusting and repairing single and double entry doors, weatherstripping, and thresholds.
Basic carpentry:
Able to make minor wood or trim adjustments as needed.
Measurement accuracy:
Precision in measuring window openings and replacement parts.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
