Sign Shop Production/Installer

Red Rock Signworks is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our growing sign and graphics shop. This is a hands-on position working in all areas of sign production, printing, vinyl application, and installation. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and seeing projects come to life, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Produce signs, decals, banners, and graphics Operate printers, laminators, and production equipment Weed, tape, and apply vinyl graphics Assist with vehicle graphics and wrap installs Install signs and graphics on-site Keep work areas organized and production moving efficiently Help maintain quality control on finished products What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable Attention to detail Comfortable working with tools and equipment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Clean driving record Experience in signs, printing, construction, or installation is helpful What We Offer Full-time daytime schedule Variety of work — no two days are the same Small team environment Opportunity to grow with the company Hands-on creative and technical work

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
