Facilities Project Technician 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 3184 Highway 22, Riverside, IA 52327 $17 an hour - Full-time Riverside Casino & Golf Resort 103 reviews $17 an hour - Full-time Responsible for maintaining RCGR assets and providing restorative services across the facility. Works as directed and supports all projects to include nights, weekends and any time guest load or weather requires adjustment to schedule. May at times work with little to only general direction ensuring projects and restorative processes are completed properly, and in an efficient manner. May assist in tracking inventory and supply costs of repair parts as well as make recommendations on orders for needed parts, equipment or material. Will work as part of a Project team ensuring facility assets are properly maintained, refurbished and make suggestions for improvements and purchases.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers at all times. Maintain flexibility in schedule to work as needed and where needed. Weather, guest load and events will dictate shift and days of the week. Is a resource to the team, ensuring projects are completed properly, safely, timely and with complete attention to detail and quality. Supports all RCGR Team Members to ensure guests needs are met and their visit is exceptional. Is responsible for all FAC equipment, specialty cleaners and supplies utilized in the course of their work. Is part of a project team and that ensures our facility is always clean and safe and provides a positive experience for all Customers. Does daily projects as directed and as needed including areas of hotel, kitchen any areas associated with RCGR Will provide restorative services when emergencies arise and may need to work alternate hours. Is to be a cohesive part of a service oriented team with a positive attitude that is quality minded and customer focused. Must be able to work with all individuals from all levels and take direction from other areas without argument but also be able to advocate for the Facilities team and ensure operations are within the FAC/EVS guidelines. Must be courteous, knowledgeable, honest, credible, reliable and respectful of all.
Required:
High school diploma. One year facility services experience in maintenance or environmental services; or equivalent combination of experience and training. Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others, as well as guests.
