At MVS Metals, we run a fast-paced manufacturing operation — and we need a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities performing at their best. This is a hands-on, high-impact role on a 4-day work week, where your skills directly determine whether production runs smoothly or grinds to a halt. If you're a proactive problem-solver with solid mechanical and electrical knowledge and a track record of getting things fixed right the first time — we want to hear from you. The Details

Hours:

Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Schedule:

4-day work week

• Home by early afternoon every day What You'll Do
• Perform and track preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize production downtime
• Work closely with production management to schedule and coordinate repairs without disrupting operations
• Train and support operators on proper equipment use and safe practices
• Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Team player with solid communication skills — you work well with production staff and management alike
