• Referral Bonus Program The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins.

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment. Preferred Qualifications
• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience Compensation
