  • Temporary Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician on a temporary basis, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities.
This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing routine repairs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the overall safety and functionality of the property. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and perform preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical devices using schematics and technical manuals. Painting and dry wall repair. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and hotel policies to promote a secure environment for all occupants. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building systems repair, or related fields within hospitality or manufacturing environments. Mechanical knowledge Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and guests. Supervising experience is preferred to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently. Basic customer service skills to address guest or staff inquiries professionally.
