Residential Maintenance Technician

Overview Pioneer Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to operate at two affordable housing complexes in West Burlington, IA. Apply today! Job Summary The maintenance technician will be responsible for completing general maintenance of the property and individual units.

Reports To:

This role reports to the Property Manager.

Supervision:

This role has no supervisory duties.

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
• Make ready apartments for leasing
• Snow removal and landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control and litter pick up
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• On-call duties as needed

Competencies:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Education:
