$26.00 an hour plus shift differentials, DOE +
Bonuses Schedule:
Evening to Morning shift, 40+ hours a week, schedule subject to business needs, including some on-call hours. Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands.

Job Responsibilities:
The Facility Maintenance Specialist will safely maintain, repair, & optimize our warehouse equipment. This includes power equipment, distribution machinery, conveyers, and building structures. This position reports to the Maintenance manager and is expected to operate with minimal supervision. Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands. Works as a team to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and functional. Ensure the safe operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, Monitor and document maintenance schedules, repairs, replacement parts, and compliance records. Adhere to established preventative maintenance schedules. Maintain organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and other supplies. Responsible for logging time, materials, and other costs. Interpret and understand specifications and operating/maintenance manuals. Ensure food product integrity through proper execution of HACCP System. Lead safety initiatives by proposing policies and assisting in writing procedure manuals and training. Own communication of all appropriate information regarding system operation and maintenance to all department managers and leadership team.
Working Conditions:
The ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Heavy use of hands and arms to feel, lift, reach, & grip items as needed. Occasionally lift and moving heavy objects occasionally up to 50+Lbs. Occasionally, be exposed to hot, cold, wet, and slippery conditions. Temperature fluctuations in different work areas vary between -20 F to 100 F. The employee must be comfortable working from heights of over 30'. The employee must be able to wear personal protective gear throughout the day.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school education preferred but not required. 2+ years of work-related experience with equipment repair and maintenance. Mechanical troubleshooting experience. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus. Demonstrated ability to stay productive and positive with minimal oversight. The ability to work a flexible schedule, overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
