Work hours are 4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday through Thursday (4 - 10 hour days). What you'll be doing:
- Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Support the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and recommend improvements in equipment performance.
- Comply with all company policies, regulations, and standards related to maintenance activities, including wearing protective equipment as required.
What we need:
- Experience working on equipment from 440vac through 24 volts, and understanding of DC voltage.
- Experience with schematics (electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, and relays)
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (diagnostics, problem-solving, etc.)
- The ability to read, write and understand English and have basic math skills to complete job requirements satisfactorily.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently.
