Pay Rate:

$18.00-20.00

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality maintenance service at multiple locations within Kootenai County Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC Respond to work orders in a timely manner with customer service

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or related field Clean Motor Vehicle Record to drive the client's vehicle Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or in a team Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up, and follow through Commitment to adhering to safety policies and procedures Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather Three Ways to
