Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman

MVP Vacation Homes is a growing vacation rental management company managing over 100 homes, and we are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems independently, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic home repairs and maintenance Troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently and professionally Respond to guest and property needs in a timely manner Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests, owners, and team members Be available to work weekends during peak/high season

Requirements:

Handyman or maintenance experience required Strong problem-solving skills and common sense Self-starter with the ability to work independently Professional, patient, and guest-service oriented Good references required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No DUI history Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Common knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical repair, and HVAC is a plus
