We specialize in custom decks, patio covers, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces throughout the Treasure Valley. We're looking for individuals who already have solid construction experience, can work efficiently with minimal supervision, and have the skills to help lead projects from start to finish. If you enjoy building beautiful outdoor spaces, take ownership of your work, and want to be part of a growing company that values craftsmanship, we'd like to talk with you. Pay varies based on experience. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Build and install decks, patio covers, and other outdoor structures including setting posts, framing, installing decking boards, stairs, railings, and structural components while ensuring everything is level, secure, and properly aligned. Assist with framing, trim work, siding installation, and general residential construction tasks. Perform demolition, remove old materials, and prepare areas for new construction. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around job sites. Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the workday in outdoor and indoor environments. Work on construction projects throughout the Treasure Valley area, traveling to different job sites as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area and help keep the job site safe. Communicate project updates with customers when needed and maintain a friendly, professional attitude while building a positive relationship with them. Qualifications Previous deck building or residential carpentry experience required. Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job. Strong understanding of framing, layout, and construction best practices. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Leadership experience is a plus.
