Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Handyman/Laborer and become a vital part of our construction and renovation projects! In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various job sites. Your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while contributing to diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and tile laying to support project progress. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned duties. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and specifications. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, and trim carpentry components with precision. Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and concrete forming as needed for various projects. Conduct routine inspections of construction sites to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are maintained. Support specialized tasks such as roofing, plastering, fabrication, restoration work, and hardscape installation. Experience Proven hands-on experience in construction or related trades with familiarity in construction site operations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Experience with plumbing, electrical work, fixture installation, and general remodeling is highly desirable. Ability to perform diverse tasks such as caulking, framing carpentry (including door hanging), masonry work, tile laying, and flooring installation. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards. Pay:
$20.08 - $35.00 per hour
