Additional responsibilities include driving hotel airport shuttle, assisting housekeeping teams, maintaining pool area, assisting with meeting room set up, maintaining a clean and organized working area. Also, responsible for the security of hotel inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Job Functions:

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building and installing systems to include: plumbing systems, laundry equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, swimming pool and HVAC.
• Carry out preventative maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained.
• Clean, lubricate and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical, mechanical.
• Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
• Maintain and operate safety/fire systems and smoke detectors.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and snow removal when necessary.

Responsible Business:

• Maintain and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintain "green" initiatives.
• Listen, apologize with empathy, find a solution, and follow through when resolving guest problems.
• Follow the lost and found program.
• May supervise a small maintenance team.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking and standing required throughout the entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, carrying, stooping throughout the entire shift.
• Lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to safely use them.
• Report safety hazards, accidents, and injuries immediately.
• Driving passenger van.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.' '
