Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Installer/Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair Kinetico water treatment systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service and a smooth installation experience.

Responsibilities:

Install Kinetico water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems in residential and commercial settings Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on existing systems Conduct water testing and educate customers on equipment operation and care Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

Plumbing, mechanical, or technical installation experience preferred (will train the right person) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, crawl spaces, etc.)
