Building Maintenance Technician

Compensation:

$16 - $16.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Take maintenance requests from the front desk, housekeepers, and guests as needed Perform repairs to walls, floors, and windows when necessary Perform routine maintenance on and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, PTACs, outlets, and switches Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various equipment Keep records of service or repairs Maintain the lawn and landscaping Empty the interior/exterior trash cans and remove debris from the property

Qualifications:

Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Must be proficient in basic maintenance tasks, including drywall patch/repair Limited plumbing, including replacing faucets, drain levers, and troubleshooting blocked drains General handyman skills Limited electrical work, including replacing outlets, light switches, and smoke detectors Basic lawn and landscape experience is helpful About Company Super 8 Nampa is a hotel that encourages a fun, family atmosphere among employees and provides a quality environment for our guests.
